The Center for Community Leadership is committed to help and support those vested to carry out the responsibilities of leadership.
Training Tailored to Your Needs
The Center for Community Leadership can provide customized training and consultation for your group or agency. We will work with you to design and provide 1 to 5-day training opportunities in leadership, public policy, family involvement, interagency collaboration, cultural competence, individualized care, development and use of data systems and understanding "systems of care" concepts.
We can help you create and implement sustainable, strong community based service systems (systems of care). We work with agencies and organizations to:
- Envision what you want your system of care to look like
- Strategically design your service system, both infrastructure and services
- Train staff, family members, and community stakeholders to build skills, knowledge, and commitment to shared goals
- Assess the stregths and weaknesses of your emerging system
- Provide individual and group coaching and mentoring in leadership, financial viability, individualized care, and administration
